Our dispute with Hearst Television is over – and just like a head cold, it was unpleasant – and fortunately, it ended quickly.
Here’s our official statement from last night – as of the time of this posting, all channels have been restored:
We have reached a long-term agreement with Hearst Television and our customers can expect their signals to be restored to our cable systems shortly. We thank our customers for their patience and their willingness to stick with us through another unnecessary broadcaster blackout.

Strangely enough, I really enjoyed the Scranton, PA station showing down here in NC. Hearst better watch themselves: I DIDN’T MISS THEM AT ALL!!

I definitely was enjoying the New York news. Frankly, nothing really interesting happens in Louisville. And there were plenty of channels reporting that nothing.

And now you are at an impass with Meredith Corp, also known as my CBS affliate. So glad I dumped you so my CBS service will continue after July 25th.
