Everyone sign up for Fios!
Abandon Time Warner as they have abandoned their responsibilities to paying customers.

No internet or cable for 18 days now, and nobody at TWC can give me a time as to when I would get my service back. Its not about credit back TWC, its about service and the ability to satisfy your customers. Come on TWC help us in the Richmond Hill area.

I have not had Time Warner Cable services since October 29th.
A pole fell during Hurricane Sandy that knocked out services to over 60 residents in Douglaston, NY.
Timr Warner refuses to fix the situation. And their customer service reps have stated as much.
Time Warner is an abject failure and they deserve to see their market share erode in the New York area.
