After almost a year of discussions, design comps, and testing, Time Warner Cable’s in-house eCommerce team, along with the help of creatives and developers across the country, came together in 2012 to design, build and launch the new TWC.com. Our redesigned site features more local information and offers than ever before, plus better navigation and a fresh new look.

With the new site, all of Time Warner Cable’s properties live under one URL. We’ve added state-of-the-art geolocation technology – so visitors like you can get the latest local TWC updates, offers and new services. Last, our new look features cinematic art from the premium shows and movies you love, and lets us showcase entertainment like never before.

Here’s a quick look at what’s new: At the top of every page, we’ve provided answers to your most frequently asked questions as well as detailed information about our products. We’ve also included easy-to-read comparison charts to help you find the plan that best fits your needs. And, we’ve highlighted useful features that even longtime Time Warner Cable customers may not already know about.

Our Support section has also been updated to give you thousands of answers to common questions, plus step-by-step tutorials and videos to walk you through set up and more. Plus, you can also speak one-on-one with a TWC representative 24/7 using our Live Chat feature.

For those surfing the web on tablets and smartphones, we’ve revamped the design of our mobile site, so it’s simple to shop, download TWC apps and more—plus, we’re well on our way to making TWC.com responsive, so if you mainly connect on your iPad or Galaxy, soon you’ll get the full site experience.
