Video: How to Adjust the Settings For Your TV and Cable Box

It’s tax season, and with tax season can come a sweet, sweet refund check. With a refund check can come a splurge – like a new TV.

My parents got a new TV a few years ago, and didn’t bother to adjust the settings/output resolution. Everything looked like you were viewing it through a fishbowl. I asked them about it, and my mom just said “oh yeah. It looked kind of weird for the first few weeks, and then we got used to it.”

You really, really don’t have to go through this with your own new TV. All it takes is a few tweaks in the “Settings” menu.

We pulled together a quick (less than a minute) video here to help you figure out how to make your TWC cable box work with a brand-new TV – or adjust those weird fishbowl settings you’ve been tolerating, too:

The link above does not point to a video on “how to make your TWC cable box work with a brand-new TV – or adjust those weird fishbowl settings you’ve been tolerating.”

    It’s a link to random TWC how-to’s.
