For some TWC customers, the return of warmer weather means reuniting with a vacation home or part-time residence.
Whether your seasonal shift entails unlocking your SoCal beach bungalow, or returning to your Maine residence after flying south for the winter, one thing you’ll want to remain unchanged is the ability to enjoy cable, Internet and phone. In our new self-service solutions video, TWC Technical Operations Supervisor Scott shows customers how to set up and activate seasonal Time Warner Cable accounts, which require residency for a minimum of 2 months, and a maximum of 6 or 9 months depending on location.
By having a seasonal account, you can access the same TWC services you initially subscribed to at your part-time residence season in and out, without ever having to cancel your initial subscription or turn in your equipment. Activating a dormant seasonal account essentially means un-pausing the same service you had last time you were at your residence – same e-mail address, phone number, and DVR recordings.
