TWC Rolls Out First Snapchat Filter for Fans at Dodger Stadium

In honor of opening day at Dodger Stadium, today we are rolling out our first TWC Fan Zone Snapchat filter, available to Snapchat users on site at home Los Angeles Dodgers games. The geofilter is a fun way for fans in the audience to spice up their snaps with patriotic bunting, a baseball bat, and the TWC Fan Zone banner. The images in our filter will alternate throughout the season, so fans can experiment with curating their sporty snaps.

The first TWC Fan Zone Snapchat filter rolls out today at Dodger Stadium.

According to Kristi Kennedy, Senior Director of Social Media at Time Warner Cable, “We’re extremely excited to take our first foray into the world of Snapchat with sponsored geofilters at Dodgers Stadium. As Snapchat is rivaling all other social platforms in volume of photos and videos shared, sponsoring a geofilter gives us a way to tap into that trend. The interactivity of using enhancements like filters and lenses within the platform allow customers and fans to create fun, organic branded content with unlimited reach.”

SportsNet LA is the exclusive 24/7 TV home of the Los Angeles Dodgers. This season, fans at Dodger Stadium can go behind the scenes and stop by TWC Studios, located at Left Field Pavilion. Take a break from the game and say hello to SportsNet LA on-air talent, and even enter to win exclusive Dodgers giveaways, including one-of-a-kind Vin Scully collectors posters.
