Time Warner Cable is launching a social media hub featuring a blog at www.twcableuntangled.com.
The goal of the policy is to set expectations and guidelines about the posting and moderation of comments to the blog. One of the reasons that we started Untangled was to open up another line of communication with you, our customers. As such, we encourage you to reach out to us through the comments here, on Twitter, or by emailing a contributor. However, we want you to do so in a safe and wise manner, so that our blog is a place where everyone is respected.
Someone from our team will review all comments before they are posted. We reserve the right to not publish comments that are off-topic, obscene, or that we deem are otherwise inappropriate or objectionable. We do not, however, take on any obligation to post, display, edit, delete or refuse to post any comment. Examples of inappropriate or objectionable comments include anything that is illegal, infringing on intellectual property rights, threatening, hateful, harassing, profane, vulgar, sexually explicit, impersonating, defamatory, deceptive, fraudulent and anything else that violates our web site Terms of Use, which also apply to your commenting activities.
We will do our best to review and publish your comments as quickly as possible to keep the conversation going – hopefully within a day during the business week.
We want to hear your stories, viewpoints and opinions. We do require that you include at least an email address; these will not be displayed on the blog, but are required for verification purposes.
Remember that a blog is forever, and comments posted to a blog may be recorded and stored in multiple places. Your comments are likely to be accessible for a long time and you do not know who will read them eventually. You should be careful and selective about the comments you make and the information you choose to include in your comments.
Comments are moderated and generally will be posted to the blog if they follow our guidelines. Our basic rule is simple: It’s OK to disagree, just don’t be disagreeable. Also,
Questions about your Time Warner Cable services will be forwarded to our online Care team. Or you can reach them yourself at twcable.help@twcable.com or on Twitter: @TWC_help
Finally, have fun and we look forward to hearing from you!
